Obituary
After an illness of only two days, the death occurred on Wednesday of Minnie, the beloved wife of Alonzo Rowe, License Inspector, Provincial Government, 157-4th Street. Mrs. Rowe who was 63 years of age came to Manitoba from Ganonoqua, Ontario and had been a resident of Brandon and district for some forty years, during which time she had made a host of friends by whom she was held in high esteem and who will regret her passing. First Church United of which she was a member will miss her presence and influence for she had been an active worker in the ladies aid and other societies of the church.
The late Mrs. Rowe besides leaving her husband is survived by her daughters and one son: Mrs. W.T. McGregor, Tapun, Northern Australia, Mrs. N Barrett of Trossachs, Saskatchewan and George of this city. The funeral is to be held Saturday P.M. at 3;30 from First Church United. The Rev. R.G. Pritchard officiating.
