Felix Ward Scudder, 67, of 1600 Hinman av., Evanston, died yesterday in MacNeal Memorial hospital, Berwyn. He retired three years ago as staff supervisor of the long lines department, American Telephone and Telegraph company. Mr. Scudder is survived by his widow, Mary, and a brother. Services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday in the chapel at 1567 Maple av., Evanston.
