  Genealogical Dictionary of Maine and New Hampshire page 135 Thomas, brought the Curtis family from Kent to Scituate, having m. 25 May 1632 in Ash-juxta-Sandwich, their mo., Richardene, her will at Plymouth 18 Nov. 1672?29 Oct. 1673. He is almost continually ment. in Scituate records Dec. 1638?July 1666, but in 1642 had come to York to buy the land on which Thomas Curtis and Richard Banks lived.
